Look How I Organized my counter

So I have these wonderful cabinets in my Kitchen! Only problem? They have a very deep corner. So some of my precious counter space has been lost for the last few years, Until we stumbled across a website selling just what we needed. It’s a Tabletop Lazy Susan that we found Here.

So here is my before and after picture what do you think?

Homemade Baby Food

So we tried to eat this

 

And that wasn’t working so we made this

We put carrots in the juicer and it shredded up the little  carrots and then we put the juice back in. I had to taste it and man it was wonderful. Very fresh,straight from the garden.

Pool Party

This would be Titan’s first encounter with the pool..

He loved it, there was a moment when he wasn’t so sure about it, then quickly got over that

I like these two pictures just because he is looking at her then she turns and looks at him but then finally they looked at us!

Before and After *what a great shirt

This was me at my 33 week doctors appointment (after this I wouldn’t take any pictures of my pregnant belly) not sure what I weight at this point but after I had the baby I was a whopping 210 pounds.

This is a picture of me today at 139 lbs.  notice the same shirt?

I know you want to know how I did it, DIET is all. I’ve started running to get rid of my love handles.

It was hard work for him to run that far and take so much in so he passed out.

Summer Lovin’

We have been enjoying summer this year.

Brady got a new job, so he now has normal hours and we can plan things more than a week in advance.

We also fenced in our yard!! and stained the fence on our side yard.

This is my favorite, glad her baby is due in September so I could make this!

I had a lot of fun doing this shower and who know when the next shower will be…Darby? Ben? Spencer?

Baby Titan

Updates on how the baby is.

This was about a week ago

He is now getting on his knees and crawling for about 4 little moves then will fall and scoot.

Titan can also sit up from his tummy.

And with food He eats everything, anything we have given him he is a fan!

And he LOVES to clap

I love this age I see why everyone says its their favorite.

He is also the only baby I know who likes to sit on grass (and if he is lucky he will eat it)

Titan is a great sleeper. He goes to bed 830-9 and sleeps till 6 gets food and then will sleep till 9:45. Then be up for and hour and a half and take a 2 hour nap. Then some time and always random in the afternoon take more naps.

(I was looking for a picture of him sleeping and realized hey he is sleeping right now so I ran up with the camera)

Brady found Titan standing one morning..so we dropped the crib lower and took the bumpers off. He can still pull up. I love this picture because of how proud of himself he looks

Becca, Becca how does your garden grow?

Well its growing but not sure how it will do.

That is my lovely sister Emily helping me plant my little garden.

I have basils, carrots, peas, potatoes, peppers

We will see how it goes!

Fleaology

My mom does this great sale that is right in between a yard sale with a ton off good stuff and a boutique. (I hope that is how my mom would describe it)

This means that you get things that are great not just what others don’t want.

The color was just right for our house and the best part they were only 40$ for the set!!

Mothers Day Gift

Titan got me a very nice gift for mothers day, a bit selfishness since I will use on him the most.

It is a video camera that is about the size of an Iphone and shoots full hd.

So I thought I’d attempt to add my first Video!!

My New Find

Brady and I went to Ikea the other day, which we should stop doing we always walk in thinking of one thing and leave with 5.

I have been making home made hot pocekts for Brady to take to work and I have been using three bowls to make the dough just to have enough bread.

So in efforts to help me out we got this baby! I know amazing and best part it was only 14.99!!

Easter

Titan and mommy had a great busy Easter.

The neighborhood does a large Easter egg hunt, That was fun for mommy to visit with others, found out that on of my friends from Jr. high’s older sister lives in my neighborhood.

Then we went to Macey’s to see the Easter bunny.

I tried to take some fun pictures with Titans basket since he wont remember it. We got candy Brady and I would like.

He almost fit in the basket.

Easter Sunday we visited both families!

FOOD!!

Who doesn’t like food.

We stared Titan on cereal we weren’t waiting for him to turn 6 months it just happened that way.

It turned out to be so much fun he is already really good at opening his mouth.

This will be great for him to gain weight because I’m sick of people telling me he weighs so little.

Titan’s 1/2 Birthday Party

Yep that’s right my baby boy is 6 months old and growing fast I’ll get his starts tomorrow.

Because I’m a dork we had a half birthday party.

meaning food and half of a cake (stole the idea from Courtney Here), that we let Titan hit a few times.

I’d post pictures but I have a hard time uploading them from my little camera I need my Brady to help.

Four years

As of today four years ago I left the name of Becca Perkins and became Becca Summers.

Am I going out on my anniversary to do something romantic? Fun? Anything?

Nope. I guess being grown up has its draw backs (work) We did go out of town last week to Florida, with no baby, more on that later.

So I thought in memory of my wedding I’d post some pictures.

First few are at Mount Timpanogos Temple

Bit on the dress I was going for a princess theme I was only 18 so that is a very princess thing to do. The dress is modeled after sleeping beauties dress.

Then I have a picture of my two nieces at the time, I was looking at the youngest (lizzy) thinking she was her younger sister Brooklyn amazing how much those two look alike.

My brother Ben after group picture making sure I didn’t fall.

Our photographer is a food photographer  as his real job and I think he shows the food great!

And what princess doesn’t have her castle at her wedding?

 

Love and War

Thanks to Jodi I found a new blog to follow that has fun date ideas. http://www.thedatingdivas.com/

They had a lot of fun ideas, so from their I was inspired to do this date.I brought home some WAR HEADS and told Brady that our date would be war theamed. While he was at work I sent him an army joke. Then it was a late night after Brady got of work kind of date. Titan was in bed and when Brady got home he found this note. “Is all fair in love and War?”

This note says, “I challenge you to a thumb war contest winner gets a five min back rub”

I lost but he does has bigger thumbs than I do, I still need to pay up on the back rub.

Brady is not much of a game player so this note says, “since you love me we will play war” I won this game!

We watch a lot of challenge type shows and there is a show on food network I believe called cup cake wars where they decorate cup cakes with a theme. So this one says, “cupcake wars Theme: Love”

The heart is Brady's’ and I put food coloring in sugar and rolled the frosting covered cupcake. I decided that Brady won this since I had all day to plan mine and he is pretty creative.

To finish off the date the not said, “now what Star Wars do you want to watch”
